Dunbia Cardington

The Dunbia facility in Cardington, Bedfordshire, UK, knew that they could get more benefit from the RGC CMMS solution, but did not have the resources to make it happen. They spoke to us and we came up with a plan to provide training and mentoring over a six month period. The net result is that breakdowns are decreasing, production time is increasing and spares stock is now better organised. We can give the right impetus to maintenance teams to help them perform better.
